Located in the Carinthia region of Southern Austria, along the shores of Faaker See, the residential development comprises three distinct buildings arranged to create a cohesive dialogue with the surrounding urban and natural landscape.
The 5.300 m² complex houses twenty apartments ranging from 75 to 150 m², each with direct access to the lake, as well as shared amenities including a pool, fitness area, and private winery.
The project conveys a sense of lightness and transparency, establishing a seamless relationship with the natural stunning scenery. This is most evident in the fully glazed south façades, which open the interiors to expansive lake views while blurring the boundaries between inside and out.
A defining feature of the architecture is its pyramid-like geometry, which generates generous cantilevered terraces and loggias. These outdoor spaces not only frame views and provide privacy but also serve as natural shading devices. The result is a fluid, immersive experience that enhances spatial quality and connects residents to the surrounding landscape.
