Happy to announce that we are the winners of an invited competition in Kunming, China.
The new 100.000 m2 mixed-use development includes a boutique hotel, residential apartments, retail, and offices. Our proposal is inspired by vernacular Chinese elements and is conceived as layered fields, taking inspiration from Chinese rice fields.
