Peter Pichler Architecture has been selected for the official catalogue of the 19th International Architecture Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia. The 2025 edition, titled “Intelligens. Naturals. Artificial. Collective.“ explores how different forms of intelligence human, artificial, and collective, can guide architectural responses to global challenges.
The studio’s contribution, “Bringing Back the Past, Another Way of Looking at the Future.” examines how traditional architectural knowledge and historical design principles can inform innovative, sustainable solutions for the future of the built environment.
Curated by Carlo Ratti, the exhibition emphasizes adaptability in architecture, how design can respond intelligently to limitations in resources, knowledge, and power. The official catalogue features a diverse range of experimental and visionary projects that address the most pressing issues facing architecture today.
